Envisioned as the conceptual terminus to the High Line, this tower extends the green space of its surround with individually planted terraces ensuring that every tower floor opens outdoors, creating hanging gardens and cascading atria that connect the open floor plates from the ground to the summit into a single uninterrupted workspace. At night, the spiraling curtainwall and terraces glow in an ascending procession to the tower top where a four-story glowing lantern acts as a beacon to the Hudson Yards neighborhood, allowing the High Line to visually soar upwards towards the sky.
